All local government electors of the Parish are invited to attend the

ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

to be held in Mickleton Village Hall on Monday 19 May 2025 at 18:30

1. Election of Chair

To elect a chair to preside over the meeting

(NB The Chairman of the Parish Council, if present, must preside and if he is absent, the Vice-Chairman (if any) if present, must preside. If neither the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman are present, the meeting must appoint a chair.

2. Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 20 May 2024

3. Public Participation

The opportunity for local electors to discuss parish affairs.
